FAQs

1. Is the EOS different from EOL (end of life)?

A: Yes! We have announced only the end of support (EOS) for the earlier versions. However, you can continue to use the older versions at your own risk as your AMS will not be renewed for these versions and technical support will not be provided beyond the dates mentioned.

2. Is it possible to migrate from Network Configuration Manager version 10 and below to the latest version of Network Configuration Manager?

A: No, migrating directly from Network Configuration Manager version 10 and below to the latest build is not possible. You will need to deploy a fresh installation of the latest Network Configuration Manager build, apply the license file, and then onboard your devices. If you encounter any issues, please reach out to our support team, and we will be able to assist you.

3. Is the upgrade free of cost?

A: Yes, all the upgrades are free, provided you have Annual Maintenance and Support for the current period.

4. My AMS has expired. What should I do now?

Please write to our sales team (sales@manageengine.com). They will help you with the price quote to renew your AMS. After renewal, you can continue to avail the support and upgrades as before.

5. At what price will the AMS be renewed?

The AMS will be charged at 20% of the product's list price. The pricing information can be verified at our online store. Do not hesitate to write to sales@manageengine.com for further clarifications.
