Free EditionWhen OPSGenie single sign-on (SSO) from ADSelfService Plus is enabled, users only have to log in to ADSelfService Plus, the identity provider, once. After logging in, users can securely access their OPSGenie accounts without having to enter their usernames and passwords again.
ADSelfService Plus provides secure SSO for OPSGenie by connecting your on-premises Active Directory (AD) with OPSGenie and other SAML-enabled applications. It supports both identity provider (IdP) and service provider (SP)-initiated SSO for OPSGenie.
IdP-initiated OPSGenie SSO: Users need to log in to the ADSelfService Plus user portal first, and then click OPSGenie in the Applications tab to access OPSGenie.
SP-initiated OPSGenie SSO: Users can access their OPSGenie domain via a URL or bookmark. They will automatically be redirected to the ADSelfService Plus portal for login. Once they log in, they'll be automatically redirected and logged in to the OPSGenie portal.
