How to set up single sign-on for Wrike logins

ADSelfService Plus supports Active Directory (AD)-based single sign-on (SSO) for Wrike logins and many other SAML-enabled applications. When Wrike SSO is enabled, users only have to log in to ADSelfService Plus, the identity provider, once. After logging in, users can securely access their Wrike accounts without having to enter their usernames and passwords again.

ADSelfService Plus supports service provider (SP)-initiated SSO for Wrike logins.

SP-initiated Wrike SSO: Users can access their Wrike domain via a URL or bookmark. They will automatically be redirected to the ADSelfService Plus portal for login. Once they've signed on, they'll be automatically redirected and logged in to the Wrike portal.

Getting the Wrike SAML SSO details from ADSelfService Plus

1. Log in to ADSelfService Plus with admin credentials.
2. Go to the Applications tab → Add Applications, and select Wrike from the applications displayed.

   

3. Enter the Application Name and Description.
4. Select Enable Single Sign-On.
5. Enter the Domain Name of your Wrike account. For example, if you use johndoe@Wrike.com to log in to Wrike, then Wrike.com is the domain name.
6. Click Add Application.
7. In the pop-up that appears, copy the Login URL, and download the Metadata file.

8. Log in to Wrike with admin credentials.
9. Click your Profile icon located at the top right → Account Management.
10. Click the Security tab and scroll down to the SAML SSO section.

    

11. Click Setup SAML SSO.

    

12. In the pop-up window appears, select an identity provider, and click Next.
13. In the SAML SSO Setup window, click Next.

    

14. Select Enter XML and paste the downloaded metadata file from step 7 in the section displayed. Click Next.

    

15. Select Enable SAML Settings. A confirmation code will be sent to your primary email address.
16. Copy the code from your email, and paste it in the pop-up that appears.
17. Select Save SAML Settings.

Your users can now log in to their Wrike account automatically using single sign-on.
